Decision frame

System Sovereignty is not the absence of dependencies. It is the ability to choose them deliberately.
A valid research result may also be to retain an existing system, change a process or integrate an external dependency deliberately.
Commercial model
We price the responsible outcome, not the length of our internal process chain.
No public flat prices. Scope, responsibility, evidence access and technical depth are defined per engagement.
Research Case
Funded investigation of a clearly bounded research question. The research fee and any later implementation are separate.
Demonstrator / Pilot
Where research justifies a technical path, a bounded demonstrator or pilot can be agreed separately.
Implementation
Production implementation or individual development is decided and agreed as a separate phase.
Operation & Evolution
Operation, support and further development are agreed only where they form part of the actual solution model.
Research Programme / Strategic Partnership
Longer research programmes may be supported through sponsorship, strategic partnerships or other defined funding models.
