INSODEMA Method

26 Steps Back

When a problem cannot be resolved within the current frame, 26 Steps Back means moving backwards through assumptions, decisions, processes and architecture until the reason the problem remains unsolved becomes understandable.

Go back far enough to find the condition that made the visible problem possible.

Public scope

A thinking principle, not a fixed recipe.

The number is symbolic. The method does not prescribe twenty-six fixed phases; it describes the discipline of continuing backwards until the current frame no longer hides the decisive condition.

Not every visible software problem begins in code. Its decisive cause may already exist in a process, assumption, responsibility or architectural boundary.

Detailed applications and project evidence remain part of INSODEMA's protected research and engineering practice.
